Ocean Side 3 Bedroom - Steps to Beach - Screened in Porch & Deck!

Enjoy this renovated 3 bedroom 2.5 bath duplex with outside shower. Very flexible checkin/out times offered in offseason! Brand new kitchen and living space with hardwood floors through out bring luxury to the beach. Granite counter tops and large farm dining table complete the functional space. The outdoor space is an added bonus with a screened in porch off the living area and large 2nd floor deck facing the street. Steps to the beach and local restaurants round out this fantastic rental. Large bedrooms with closets and dressers makes this rental property feel like home. 2 guaranteed parking spaces make unloading a breeze. Street parking available with pass or Park Mobile. Large shed and 8 backpack beach chairs added in 2021.

Outside shower and foot washing station provided to limit sand getting into home. Consciousness guests only please. Excess sand ruins pipes, sliding glass doors, carpeting, ability to clean homes efficiently in allotted time.

Owner and assistant reside within area making issues or repairs solvable within hours.

No more than 7 guest! Do not use couches for sleeping.

June - August Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only 7 day required. Off season weekly rentals are Friday to Friday, discounts for reservations over 7 days in offseason: 23DeweyBeach Leigh

Love This Place

The location of this house cannot be any better in Dewey! Beach block, views of the ocean from the 2nd floor deck, screened porch and walkable to all the hot spots in Dewey! Highly recommend this home to other renters.

Prime location for beach lovers

Had a great time. House is supremely located right next to the beach, close to dining in Rehoboth, and outdoor activities at state parks. The house was a perfect size and super comfortable for 5 people and our dogs.

Great Stay!

My family and I stayed here and had a great time. The location and property are great, its walkable to everything! We especially loved the front screened in porch to sit with our morning coffee. The property was clean and well maintained. We would choose this property again if we come back to Dewey! Thanks so much for a great stay

Overall the house was great. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. The location is amazing and there are very nice neighbors. The outdoor shower was helpful for removing sand. The beds in one of the rooms were smaller than advertised, but overall, we had a really good stay

Nice duplex, close to everything

We had a great stay! This duplex is in the middle of downtown Dewey, walking distance to everything, oceanblock, we also took a short drive to Big Fish, outlet shopping, and downtown Rehobeth. It is very nice and clean inside and out, you can see the ocean from the front deck. The only thing missing from this property that was listed is a hot tub. There’s no hot tub, but it is walking distance to the beach. We would stay here again for sure. Enjoy!

Vacation with Hubby and Labs

This is our 2nd time staying and it was even more enjoyable with the upgrades of the ceiling fans in the bedrooms, the new King bed and TV in the master bedroom, and the Echo "Alexa" in the kitchen/living area. It's such a tasteful and comfortable home and we look forward to our next visit! This time we watched about 100 golden retrievers walking up and down the street, in town for the Golden Jubilee! How fun was that!

Great place for a family beach trip

We had an incredible time at Dewey Beach and loved the location and amenities of this house! Plenty of room for a family of four. We would love to come back and stay another week for many summers to come! I'd recommend Vrbo add a payment reminder alert for second payments due after you have rented through their site. My second payment was delayed to the property owner and where I accept the bulk of that responsibility, I was anticipating a reminder from Vrbo of when payment was due; given I received numerous emails stating my vacation was upcoming. .

Summer 2022 -

This is a home away from home - there isn't anything they didn't have that we needed. It was so nice to have beach chairs provided in lieu of having to bring them with you - Thank you! Beautiful home and very clean Thank you for a great week and we plan to come next year, it was a perfect fit for my husband, daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter and last minute we decided to bring the dog.

Great location, mildly problematic check in

My family stayed for one week. There was a mix up at the beginning. There was a leak in the ceiling which understandably had to be fixed. We were told that there may be painters in the house when we arrived. I appreciated the warning, but the message was written after check in time. It would have been nice to have more of a heads up. The painters didn’t cover any of the furniture and left dust all over the place. I cleaned the furniture and two floors upon arrival. The owner was apologetic and did provide a small refund for the inconvenience. Some of the doors either didn’t close all the way or were very difficult to close and secure. Although not a huge issue, it made the temperature difficult to regulate. The location was great. We had a two minute walk to the beach. It was right in downtown Dewey.

Our family loved staying at this beach house in Dewey. It’s the perfect location - walking distance to both the beach and all of the restaurants. The screened in porch and the rooftop deck were very nice amenities. Very good communication with the owner.
