The holiday rental is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The floors are tiled in the living-dining area, as well as in the hallway and bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate flooring. Spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a coffee pod machine (Cafissimo by Tchibo), etc.,flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, and DVD player. Centrally located, the wide sandy beach, the harbour promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature.
