This well-equipped holiday rental is located in the popular resort town of Norddeich; it’s in a quiet area and only about 500 m from the sandy beach.

The car park is located directly behind the house; you can drive right up to the front door to unload your luggage.

The apartment is fully furnished for 4 people. It features a new LCD TV, a new stereo system, and a DVD player.

The living-dining area is bright and cheerfully decorated. The new kitchen is fully equipped with everything a holidaymaker could want. It features a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and much more. The living area has tile flooring, comfortable underfloor heating, and pleated blinds on the windows and balcony door.

The bedroom on the 1st floor is cosily furnished with a double bed and a large closet. Exterior blinds can completely darken the room. The bedroom on the second floor has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and plenty of storage space for your belongings. A second TV with a DVD player is available upstairs! The large Velux window can be completely blacked out. This room also has a separate toilet and sink.

A washer-dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, are also provided.

The balcony is furnished.

A separate storage room is available for storing bicycles you bring with you.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.

The holiday rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Centrally located, the wide sandy beach, the harbour promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
