A beautiful old wooden staircase leads to the cosy 65 m² "Seedüvel OG" holiday apartment. The apartment offers comfort and well-thought-out amenities for up to four guests—ideal for families, couples, or a small travel group. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, ensuring a pleasant indoor environment for all guests.

The apartment has a total of three rooms. Two separate bedrooms—one furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm)—provide sleeping accommodation for four people (this count already includes any infants). The coordinated furnishings create a cosy atmosphere, while a coat rack and an additional shelf in the hallway provide ample storage space. The central living room is furnished with a sofa and a cosy seating area, complemented by a TV and a radio for relaxing evenings. Board games are also available for your enjoyment.

The separate kitchen with a dining table offers plenty of space and amenities for preparing your meals: a 4-burner stove, an oven, and a refrigerator with an integrated freezer. A dishwasher, as well as a wide range of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware, are also provided. A kettle and coffee maker are available for making hot drinks, and tea towels are also included.

The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, a hair dryer, a window, and ample storage space. Privacy screens on all windows ensure your privacy. Bed linens and towels are included, making your stay more convenient.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a patio with outdoor furniture, located right in the well-maintained garden and available for all guests to use—ideal for quiet sunbathing or relaxing evenings in the fresh air. Next to and behind the house, you’ll find storage spaces for bicycles, handcarts, and similar items.

If you’d like to stay longer or travel light, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, so you can stay connected at all times.

Children and babies are warmly welcome at the property. Special high chairs and cots are available. Contactless check-in and check-out via key safes provide additional convenience and flexibility upon arrival and departure.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
