Summary:

Fantastic property with a complete interior remodel. 3BD/2BA king, queen, 4 twins. Enjoy sitting in the hot tub with Mt Crested Butte in the background! Enjoy easy access to the slopes with the free on demand van service and biking and hiking trails from this quiet, residential Mt CB location. Parking for 4 cars.



The Space:

The first floor features a spacious, well-designed kitchen with an expansive island and brand-new appliances, opening onto a bright, open floor plan filled with natural light—ideal for the whole group to gather. The adjacent dining area includes a built-in banquette with room for 8, and the living room offers a large smart TV, gas fireplace, and a full pull-out couch for extra space to spread out. Rounding out this floor is a king guest room with TV, a full bath, and a laundry/mudroom area off the two-car garage, which includes a full-size washer/dryer and an EV charger.



The second floor holds two more guest rooms—one with a queen bed and TV, the other with twin bunk beds plus a twin with trundle—sharing a full bath with a soaking tub. A new hot water system from the recent remodel ensures hot water is never an issue.



End your day with a soak in the private outdoor hot tub, Mt. Crested Butte rising in the background, or watch the sunset from the front covered deck. A free, year-round, on-demand van service runs from the property to the ski resort, connecting to the free town shuttle into Crested Butte. In summer, popular hiking and biking trails are just outside the door—ride right from the house.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoke will incur fees. 

NO trailers.

Renters 25 years and older are welcome.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



This property is not pet friendly. However, the owners travel w/their non hypo-allergenic, non shedding dog.

Very nice home. Well stocked with kitchen utensils, cookware, dishes. My teenagers really enjoyed the hot tub. Very easy to find. The only thing missing was air conditioning. I realize most hones don’t have AC in Colorado but with the upstairs bedrooms it gets quite hot up there to sleep and doesn’t cool off until 3-5am. Other than that, it was perfect!

Hi Kelly, so happy you enjoyed your stay! So sorry you got hot upstairs. We have a few tricks we use which is shutting the blinds and windows during the day and than opening them at night. Typically by bedtime things are comfortably cool. We'll leave a note at the house explaining all that so that we can keep another guest from overheating in there. You are right, its pretty rare to find a/c up here in any property.

Wonderful stay!!

We and our friends had a wonderful stay. Easy access to the slopes. Relaxing hot tub after spending time at the slopes. House was spacious and perfect with indoor garage for winter months. Communication was very good as well.

Great location!

So easy to come and go from the mountain and from town. Plenty of space for our group to spread out and get comfortable. We recommend staggering your showers so you don't run out of hot water. The view from the hottub is great! Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break ‘24

Such a great place to stay!! We never missed the ski-in/ski-out experience, and even walked home from the slopes a couple of times. We had a nicely stocked kitchen, allowing us to make fireside dinners easily at home, w the convenience of relaxing in the hot tub afterwards!

Great stay in CB, nice house and great location

This house was perfect for 2 families with children. Had a great stay, kitchen was well-stocked and the hot tub was a huge plus. Small hiccup when trying to change dates but seems like the issue was on VRBO not the property manager.

Family Vacation Crested Butte

My family has been coming to Crested Butte for over 36 years. We had a family home here for 27. My parents sold it 7 years ago. CB will always have my heart. Bringing our boys to this majestic place year after year is our favorite time together. Property is private and enjoyable, the VIEWS are incredible!
