Enjoy the Santa Barbara coast from this newly renovated 4-bedroom home in a quiet Goleta neighborhood near UCSB. You can walk to Ellwood Mesa and Ellwood Beach for bluff-top trails, ocean views, beach days, and beautiful sunsets. After a day out, come back and relax in the private backyard hot tub, fire up the BBQ, or enjoy the outdoor seating area.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and works well for families, friends, UCSB visitors, golfers, and longer stays. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free driveway parking is included.

Guests also have access to community amenities, including a seasonal pool that is typically open from May through September, as well as tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Pool opening and closing dates are determined by the HOA and may vary.

Like many homes along the Goleta coast, the house does not have central air conditioning. Ceiling fans and portable fans are provided, along with a portable A/C unit in the main living area. Coastal evenings also tend to cool down nicely.

Very close to shopping, UCSB, and beach. Walking path very close to house and was used by our guests. Very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the open floor plan with plenty of seating, especially at dinner table.

This property was a clean, great space to gather our group of 8 coming from Oregon and Sonoma County. It was all of our first time to Santa Barbara area. We enjoyed the fact that the space was large enough inside and outside to allow everyone their space. The hot tub was great and clean too. The kitchen had most everything that we needed to cook with except for a blender. It is a little removed from downtown SB and the Ubers were expensive because of it. Overall, it was a great time and would book here again in the future.

This was a lovely home base for our family while attending a week long program at UCSB! The house and yard are beautifully and thoughtfully renovated, the kitchen is well stocked with essentials plus what I would consider a few extras, and there is plenty of space to relax and spread out both indoors and outdoors! The host was very responsive and is clearly putting a lot of pride and effort into making this a home away from home for their guests! I really appreciated the simple decor and lack of clutter because my toddler could roam around the house without safety concerns or fear that he would break something. I wish I had noticed the lack of AC when booking, but there were plenty of ceiling, window, and additional fans to keep the house comfortable as long as we stayed on top of turning those on as the evening breeze picked up. We would definitely stay again next time we’re back in the area!

Great house for a family get together, on a quiet cul-de-sac. Easy walk to beach and bluffs, very close to grocery store. We loved the back patio and had most of our meals there.
