The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close and lock all windows and blinds. Turn down thermostats to between 55-60 degrees.
Turn off AC and or Electric Fireplace. Log out of any streaming services.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a "Strict" No Smoking Policy including Vaping inside the home. Please smoke outdoors and dispose of any butts in a proper receptacle.
If your stay includes a Monday, please have all outside trash/recycling/yard waste bins on the curb on site of driveway by 6:00 am Monday morning.

This property is a hidden gem. It looks ordinary from the outside, but inside this unit is completely renovated and beautifully decorated. Everything is new and the entire unit is sparkling clean. No expense was spared to make it comfortable. The beds were fabulous and even the towels were luscious. The host had the AC on when we arrived, so it was nice and cool after a day of hot travel. Also, Linda responded quickly to all of my questions. I would give our stay 10 stars if I could, and we will definitely stay here again.
