This 3.5-room apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with direct access to its own bathroom, built-in closets, and access to the terrace. The first bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has two double beds. The living room features a dining table, sofa, Wi-Fi, SAT.TV,, and a modern open kitchen with direct access to the terrace and garden. Unobstructed view of the greenery. The kitchen is very well equipped with a filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, glass-ceramic stove, dishwasher, microwave/oven, air fryer, plenty of good-quality pots and pans, as well as dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Electric heating. 2 private parking spaces. Covered terrace with direct access to the garden, featuring plenty of patio furniture and sunshades, offering a view of the greenery. The house is located in a quiet, very well-maintained, and gated community. Guests have free access to two 33-meter-long swimming pools, a children’s pool, indoor and outdoor showers, 4 tennis courts, a basketball and football field, beach volleyball, table tennis, bocce, and two children’s playgrounds—all with a magnificent view of the sea. The gated community is not tourist-oriented and is inhabited exclusively by homeowners. The apartment is located on the lower level of the house and has its own garden. To reach the apartment, you’ll walk through the upper garden and descend two sets of six stairs with handrails to the apartment entrance. The two private parking spaces are located directly below the house. The apartment is very clean and modernly furnished. Each room is equipped with electric heating. The apartment has a covered terrace and a private garden with palm trees and herbs—perfect for relaxing after enjoying the sea, the many sports activities, or a swim in the pool facilities. There is plenty of patio furniture and sunshades. An electric grill is available on the terrace. The estate is very clean and well-maintained, with daily upkeep provided by our caretakers. With an electronic key fob, you can open the entrance gate to the estate and reach the ocean/beach, shopping, and restaurants in just 3–4 minutes by car. The apartment isn’t just a dream in the summer—it offers a wonderful holiday experience all year round. September–October feature great deals, as the gardens are in full bloom and the beach and pool areas invite you to sunbathe. A weekly market takes place in the village every Monday. For shopping, you’ll find a large Spar supermarket, two bakeries, a butcher, a fish market, an excellent pharmacy, and many other small shops that are open until 8:00 p.m. The many lovely and high-quality restaurants in all price ranges look forward to welcoming guests. In Les Issambres, you’ll also find plenty of cultural activities and excursions. You have a wide selection of beaches with on-site parking and many sports activities. From the Les Issambres harbour, you can take a boat directly to St. Tropez. Two golf courses are located nearby. You can go on biking and hiking tours right from the house. A beautiful spa hotel with many amenities is located nearby, where you can book appointments for massages, body treatments, and more. Les Issambres is a small seaside village, yet it has so much to offer: the beach, the sea, water sports, shopping, many excellent and first-class restaurants, lovely markets, large flea markets, and a great starting point for strolling through the beautiful towns of the Côte d’Azur or visiting one of the many art museums. With great food and plenty of sports opportunities, there’s something for everyone here. The Côte d’Azur is a wonderful holiday destination all year round—it’s lively even in the off-season and has plenty to offer. It enjoys a warm microclimate year-round. Les Issambres: Les Issambres is a relatively quiet town in France right on the coast. More specifically, the town is located on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez between the cities of Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël. What makes this seaside resort special is that it can be visited year-round thanks to its microclimate. As a result, it receives more sunshine than other regions at the same latitude. Les Issambres is a seaside resort with a beach of fine white sand. In addition, the beach slopes gently into the water, so the water near the shore is pleasantly warm. Of course, there’s more to do at Les Issambres Beach than just relax. You can enjoy all kinds of water sports here, such as diving, sailing, boat rentals, surfing, or swimming. There are several beach restaurants with lounge chairs. There are some beautiful golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Many bike paths, a bike park, and hiking trails are available. Regular markets and antique markets are held.

Les Issambres: The town is home to a thalassotherapy centre. There are plenty of great shopping options, with shops both large and small—from bakeries to pharmacies, doctors’ offices, and dentists—all within easy reach. The restaurants and beachside eateries in Les Issambres offer excellent dining, serving regional culinary delights—renowned throughout France—with first-class service. Of course, you can also enjoy international cuisine. There’s plenty to discover around Les Issambres, such as the town of Port Grimaud, also known as the Venice of France. Another major tourist attraction is the magnificent Vernon Gorges, which draw thousands of visitors every year. You can reach St. Tropez in just a few minutes by ferry, which departs regularly from the port of Les Issambres, or drive along the beautiful coast to St. Tropez. Numerous beautiful museums, great flea markets, markets with fresh vegetables, cheese, or fish, and many cities such as Cannes, Antibes, and Nice are easily accessible via the coastal road or the highway.
