The check in information was not sent timely. Description of the property did not include the suite Name/number. I found the site and had to leave to wait for information on the suite name/number and unlock code.

Apologies for that brief inconvenience Patrick. We talked almost immediately after the confusion. All the arrival information is always included in the VRBO message thread so check that out on your next booking. Other than that it sounded like you had a great stay and thanks again.

House was clean with multiple bedrooms for my teenage kids to spread out and have their privacy. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen and how easy it was to check in. I would definitely stay here again.
