About this property

Large 2-storey villa with private swimming pool and deckchairs. Lots of outdoor space in a beautiful garden with lounge furniture and a dining area.
There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The Spanish-style property is not far from the beach or Torremuelle train station.
Here you have a fantastic view of the bay and the Mediterranean Sea.
The space
This beautiful villa in Spanish style has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom has 2 single beds and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. These 2 bedrooms have access to a terrace that leads out to the garden. On this floor there is also a bathroom.

On the 1st floor there is a living room with a fantastic view with access to a terrace with a dining area with a BBQ and some stairs up to the private pool. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms all with single beds that can be put together to make double beds, and here there are also 3 bathrooms. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning both cold and hot air.

There is wifi and TV in almost all languages in the living room on the 1st floor

In this cozy villa, you have plenty of space both inside and out. There are many terraces and on one there is a dining area with BBQ and in the garden there is some lounge furniture.
You have a private pool with an outdoor shower and here there are also 6 sunbeds.

Fantastic view of the bay of Fuengirola and the Mediterranean, the view hardly gets better than here.

It is very private and you cannot be seen by neighbours. The entire garden is closed.

There are padel courts not far from the home which can be used for a fee. The nearest golf course is Torrequebrada, which is 4km from the property.

Fantastisk udsigt. Masser af plads indenfor og udenfor.

Pros: Fantastisk udsigt, der kan nydes fra adskillige steder. Mange muligheder for at opholde sig udenfor. Gode rum med plads. God størrelse pool. Faciliteter, redskaber mv. til madlavning og servering er også ok. Det er en fordel at have bil til indkøb. Cons: Bedre parasoller.
