Welcome to the Classy Island Beach Condo! This bright and open 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo (about 980 sq. ft.) is designed for relaxing and hanging out together. The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen so everyone can stay connected.

The living room features a comfy leather couch that pulls out into a queen bed —great for extra guests.



Movie nights are covered with a 60" curved Smart TV above the decorative fireplace, equipped with streaming service apps for all your entertainment needs.



One of the best perks? This is the only unit in the building with an attached garage that opens directly into the living room. Super convenient for unloading beach gear or groceries.

KITCHEN & DINING



The kitchen is fully renovated with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials to whip up anything from a quick snack to a family dinner.

We’ve stocked it with cookware, dishes, utensils, and basics like salt, pepper, and oil. There’s also a coffee maker and toaster to make mornings easy.

Guest Access:

You’ll have the whole condo to yourself, including your own private patio where you can kick back and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The other half of the patio is shared with a few neighboring units, and you’ll also have access to the rooftop deck with gorgeous ocean views.

Mission Beach is the perfect mix of laid-back coastal vibes and non-stop fun. Just steps away, you’ll find Belmont Park, home to the historic



Giant Dipper wooden roller coaster, mini-golf, a zip line, rock climbing wall, ropes course, arcade games, and so much more. Whether you’re chasing thrills or just looking for a day of family-friendly fun, there’s something here for everyone.



Always Something to Do



No matter the time of year, Mission Beach is buzzing with energy. The boardwalk is perfect for biking, skating, or hopping on a Bird scooter to cruise along the oceanfront.



Surf the waves, join a game of beach volleyball, or simply kick back on the sand and soak up the sun. With so many ways to enjoy the coast, you’ll see why Mission Beach is a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike.



Getting Around:

If you want to check out other parts of San Diego, public transit and ride-shares are also convenient and close by.

Our vacation rentals are privately owned second homes that homeowners have graciously opened to responsible guests who will respect both the property and the neighborhood.



While we know you’re here to enjoy your time, please keep in mind that many nearby residents live here full-time.

✶ Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

✶ Occupancy Limits: Maximum guest capacity is strictly enforced.

✶ Self Check-In/Out: Check-in is available anytime after 3 PM; check-out is by 10 AM.

✶ Important: Any signs of smoking on the property (including outdoor areas) will result in a minimum $500 fine.

✶ Suitable for children (2-12 years)

✶ The property is not suitable for infants (under 2 years)

✶ Not suitable for pets

✶ Smoking is not allowed

✶ Primary guest's minimum age: 21

Due to last-minute bookings and cleaning schedules, early check-in at any time before the day of your arrival is unavailable.



However, you’ll be notified on the day of your arrival if the unit is ready before 3 PM.



Late check-out is also unavailable as cleaning services typically arrive by 10:30 AM to prepare for the next guests.



On Arrival Day



Additional charges may apply if early check-in or late checkout is available:



✶ If early entry is available, you can check-in at noon for an additional $50 charge.

✶ Late check-out at noon may be available upon request for an additional $50 charge.

✦❘༻ Good Neighbor Policy



Noise Compliance: This is not a party home, and noise is taken very seriously. Any formal noise complaint, either from neighbors or city officials, will incur a fine of $300 to $1,000, deducted from your security deposit. Please remember that noise carries at night; ensure all windows and balcony doors are closed if music or conversations are loud. Quiet hours start at 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekends.



Fines for Noise Violations



✶ 1ST NOISE COMPLAINT: $500 + FIRST WARNING

✶ 2ND NOISE COMPLAINT: $1000 + SDPD DISPATCHED

✶ 3RD NOISE COMPLAINT: $1500 + IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM PROPERTY

For any urgent issues, reach out to us immediately. We’ll aim to address the matter within 24 hours. We also appreciate feedback on minor issues, which we’ll prioritize as soon as possible.

✦❘༻ Cleaning Service



Our cleaning service is managed by a third-party vendor, and the cleaning fee is standard per stay. We kindly ask that guests do not negotiate this mandatory fee. Your home will be cleaned and beds freshly made before arrival, with starter supplies of toilet paper and paper towels.



Note: guests may need to replenish these items during longer stays.

Please be sure to bring your own beach towels, chairs, canopy, etc. as these items are not supplied. If you plan on traveling light, there are a few retail surf shops and rental places nearby where you can reserve beach necessities at a great rate.
