LOCATION WITHIN THE OAK CREEK ESTADOS
This is one of the few condos with views of the extensive, beautifully manicured grounds and tennis and pickleball courts. The patio and three sliding glass doors get full south-facing sun. The pool and the largest of the two hot tubs are a short walk past the Club House.

CONDO LAYOUT
The Great Room of this ground-floor unit flows into the front door entry hall, dining area, and full kitchen. Sliding glass door opens onto the partially covered patio, with table and seating for 6.
The Kitchen has the basics, and all new appliances. The Dining Table seats 6, with a combination of benches and chairs.
The Primary Bedroom to the left of the Great Room has its own privacy door. Inside is an ensuite bathroom, and large bedroom with King bed, reading chair and light, and large closet. This room too has its own sliding glass door onto the patio. with room darkening curtains.
The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms are to the right of the Great Room, and share a bathroom with tub and shower. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed and large closet, and a sliding glass door onto the patio. The 3rd Bedroom has two twin beds and large closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans
Washer & Dryer are new, with quick wash and quick dry settings.

By using the Pool, you agree to adhere to the HOA`s Pool Rules as outlined and printed in the House Manual 3-Ring Binder on the Welcome Desk. Most important of these rules is not to take any glass into the pool and hot tub area due to risk of breakage. The HOA fines those responsible for broken glass $2000 for the expense of draining, cleaning, and refilling the pool and hot tub.
