Welcome to Ocean Breeze Escape, your front row seat to the Atlantic Ocean. This beautifully appointed 2nd-floor direct oceanfront condo sits just 30 feet from the seawall, offering one of the closest oceanfront experiences on Florida's Space Coast.

Wake up to breathtaking sunrises, enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, watch the marine life swim along the shoreline, or experience an unforgettable rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center, all without leaving the condo!

Unlike many nearby oceanfront properties, there are no balcony screens to obstruct your panoramic views or your photos.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
The condo swimming pool is temporarily unavailable due to hurricane damage. Restoration is anticipated to be completed by fall/winter 2026. As with all construction, we cannot guarantee an exact completion date.

While the pool is being rebuilt, you'll still enjoy what makes this property truly special, an unbeatable beachfront location. Step outside the condo, walk down one flight of stairs, and you're only 8–10 steps from the beach access stairs. Within moments, your toes are in the sand.

This is my second time staying here. Saw my fifth rocket launch the view is amazing.They we are wonderfull hosts Sitting on the balcony just a stone throw away from the ocean is worth every penny! I’ll definitely recommend this place. 5 stars doesn’t do it!!!

If I could give this place 100/10 I would! This has got to be the best beach unit on the market. When they say ocean views from every room, I mean this place is ON the ocean!! Simply gorgeous. The afternoons on the balcony with the ocean breeze cooling you off in the shade, I mean, it just doesn't get any better!This unit was also fully stocked with everything you could need- kitchen utensils and appliances, beach chairs and towels, fans, extra blankets, even coffee pods! I wish I could LIVE here! Shout out to the owners who were so easy to communicate with in the app as well. The check in/out process was a breeze. We honestly couldn't ask for anything more.

The place was wonderful! Clean, organized, the kitchen had everything I needed from microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils. Loved the privacy and relaxing area. I was a solo traveler and felt safe and relaxed. The views and access to the beach was exactly as described. The hosts were wonderful! Responded promptly to questions via email and texted me as to what to expect before and after. I would definitely do it again.

The balcony view from this unit is absolutely spectacular!!! We spent the majority of our time out there enjoying the ocean. Inside, the unit is very spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need with special attention to neatness and organization. The owners were especially friendly and helpful, cheerfully answering any questions we had. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo and plan to stay there again.

Had a great stay, Steve and Linda were great to rent from, They thought of everything you could possibly want and need. The view from the balcony was amazing, saw two launches, so close to the beach you could throw a stone in it. Very clean and I would recommend staying here!!!

Great location on the beach. While the building is a bit dated, the unit is clean with tile and vinyl flooring which is clutch for being on the beach. Beautiful sunrises right from the living room. Saw three rocket launches from the deck. I would recommend and rent again.
