Bellissima vista, casa affascinante, padroni di casa simpatici e molto gentili

I padroni di casa vivono nell'edificio secolare, che hanno ristrutturato con amore e reso accogliente, moderno e confortevole. Sono stati molto gentili e disponibili con noi. Il maso si trova sul lato soleggiato della valle, abbastanza in alto da offire una splendida vista sulle Dolomiti. Non ci sono edificini vicini, si è isolati. Si può scendere a piedi alla stazione del treno in circa 40 minuti, o pochi minuti in auto. Dopo una nevicata proprio nella notte di Capodanno, la strada era ripulita e utilizzabile senza catene già prima delle otto di mattino. Nel nostro appartamento Cristallo abbiamo apprezzato parecchie cose: il bagno con la doccia molto spaziosa e bellissime piastrelle; il balcone con vista, usabile in estate (ma si sentono a distanza la auto sulla statale in fondovalle); il camino che dato l'ottimo riscaldamento centrale non è necessario per scaldare, ma per cui ci è stata offerta legna gratuitamente. In due ci si sta benissimo, noi ci siamo stati bene anche in tre per un paio di giorni. Grazie dell'ospitalità, molto raccomandabile,

Splendido appartamento con vista spettacolare

La vacanza a Villabassa è stata meravigliosa. L'appartamento era molto pulito e confortevole, avevamo un balcone con affaccio su un panorama bellissimo. Il soggiorno era delizioso con la lampada di sale che creava una romantica atmosfera e la camera da letto era molto spaziosa e comoda. Eine rundum empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Die von uns gebuchte Ferienwohnung in dem historischen Hof ist sehr gepflegt und bietet vom Südbalkon aus einen tollen Blick in die Sextener Dolomiten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Es war wunderschön

Kurzfristig hatten wir ( Ü70 ) unseren Gardaseeurlaub um eine Woche verlängert und uns für den sehr schön gelegenen Mittersteinerhof entschieden. Es war mehr als eine gute Wahl. Eine sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie mt vielen guten Ratschlägen. Ein herrlicher Ausblick vom Südbalkon auf die umliegende Bergwelt, die mit dem Auto in Kürze erreichbar ist ( Pragser Wildsee, Drei Zinnen, Plätzwiesen, Erdpyramiden usw. ) und ein super ausgestattetes Appartement. Herrlich gelegene FeWo

Qualitativ super ausgestattetes Appartment, sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Gastgeberpaar, Frost und Schnee bei zauberhaftem Sonnenschein, super Ballonfahrt quer über die Dolomiten, Erholung pur eine ganze Woche lang, ujnd dann auch noch geräucheten und ungeräucherten schottischen Lachs aus der höchstgelegenen Lachsräucherei Europas, betrieben vom Gastgeber - was will man mehr! Beindruckender Wanderurlaub

Wir waren im August für eine Woche zum Wandern zu Besuch. Der Mittersteinerhof ist eine sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft mit einem tollen Bergpanorama. Uns hat der Urlaub super toll gefallen und wir waren auch nicht das letzte mal zu Besuch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist noch der Familiäre Umgang der Gastgeber, sie kümmern sich toll um Ihre Gäste und geben gute Tipps für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Es war ein Rundum perfekter Urlaub im Mittersteinerhof welchen wir jedem nur weiterempfehlen können.

Ruhig mit herrlicher Aussicht

Wir nutzten die Wohnung als Basis für unsere Besuche bei der Biathlon-WM Antholz und Ausflüge in den Dolomiten und fanden sie perfekt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem für die schnelle Urlaubsküche ausgestattet. Das Bett ist groß und die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Wir genossen auch den schönen Südbalkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Froh waren wir, dass kein Schnee lag, denn dann hätten wir für die Anfahrt Ketten benötigt. Wir bedanken uns für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Einzigartiger Urlaub

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Südtirol und auf dem Mittersteiner Hof. In den zwei Wochen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung "Cristallo", haben wir uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung entsprach vollkommen der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet, top gepflegt und sauber. Das aber unser Urlaub für uns unvergessen bleibt, liegt zum größten Teil an der freundlichen und herzlichen Begleitung der Eheleute Röser. Durch ihre vielen Wandertipp`s, den gemeinsam Wanderungen, haben wir ein eindrucksvolles Südtirol kennen gelernt. Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub, auf einem wunderschön gelegenden Hof, verknüpft mit tollen Wanderzielen sucht, ist hier Bestens aufgehoben. Sehr empfehlenswert. Ideal auch für Familien. Kinder finden hier ein reichhaltiges Angebot. Für uns steht fest, wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Ansprechende, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit gemütlichem Kamin und herrlicher Aussicht.

Das Domizil liegt abseits von Hektik und Autoverkehr ganz ruhig am Berg. Nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Ortskern. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, begehbare Dusche. Ein Kaminofen bietet Wärme und Gemütlichkeit an kalten Winterabenden. Fam. Rößer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt sehr gerne Auskunft über die Örtlichkeiten, Verkehrsanbindungen, Ausflugsziele etc. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde uns ein Radio bzw. Fernseher fehlen. Für eine knappe Woche war es so wunderbar ruhig.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in einer herrlichen Umgebung

Wir (beide >60) hatten die Ferienwohnung für 1 Woche gebucht. Obwohl das Wetter leider nicht sehr schön war, haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet - es fehlt nichts. Besonders schön war der von den Eheleuten Röser organisierte Ausflug auf eine Alm mit einem wunderbaren Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Landschaft und die schöne familiäre Atmosphäre hatten aus 1 Woche Urlaub einen Erholungswert von 3 Wochen.

Traumhafter Hof - Ankommen und Wohlfühlen!

Der Aufenthalt auf dem Mittersteiner Hof hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die ruhige Lage ist fantastisch, die Wohnungen sind charmant, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, der Kamin sorgt für ein besonderes, gemütliches und warmes Ambiente in kalten Winternächten. Egal, ob zum Rennradfahren/ MTB, Wandern, Klettern, Skifahren etc. eignet sich der Hof als idealer Ausgangsort. Des Weiteren hat Herr Röser für jegliche Unternehmenungen einen tollen Tipp, er kennt sich in der Region bestens aus und ist immer aufmerksam für die Wünsche und Anliegen der Gäste. Der Hof ist sowohl der ideale Ort für Ruhe und Entspannung als auch für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch auf dem Mittersteiner Hof.
