Bewertung der Ferienwohnung in Speyer ★☆☆☆☆

Wir haben uns aufgrund der Beschreibung für diese Wohnung entschieden, da dort ausdrücklich ein Parkplatz angegeben ist. Gerade in der Altstadt von Speyer ist dies ein entscheidender Faktor, da Parkplätze dort selten und begehrt sind. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass es sich um keinen privaten oder reservierten Parkplatz handelt, sondern dass man auf den ohnehin schon knappen öffentlichen Raum angewiesen ist – und das mitten im Herzen der Altstadt, wo tagsüber und auch am Wochenende reger Andrang herrscht. Wer mit körperlichen Einschränkungen, einem Rollator oder kleinen Kindern anreist, sollte die Parkplatzsituation dringend bedenken. Die Suche kann sich als mühsam erweisen, und die Gebühren kommen zusätzlich zum Mietpreis der Wohnung hinzu. Das Fehlen eines wirklichen Parkplatzes wirkt in diesem Zusammenhang für uns wie eine bewusste Irreführung. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, dass die Angaben zur Wohnung so irreführend waren. Daher können wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Sehr zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Kleine, schön gestaltete Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt von Speyer, die wirklich sehr zentral gelegen ist. Netter, überdachter Eingangsbereich mit Sitzecke. Küche gut ausgestattet. Modernes Bad. Fernseher im Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum. Matratze im Schlafzimmer mittelbequem und Schlafzimmer nur durch die Tür zu lüften. Parkmöglichkeiten eingeschränkt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Schön, aber teuer

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist toll, es ist, alles da, was man braucht. Auch nette Sitzgelegenheit im Freien. Für vier Personen ist es aber leider nicht preiswert.

Vielleicht für junge Leute

Die Nähe zum Zentrum war sicherlich sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer war nichts für uns. Die rosa/orange (?) Farbgestaltung der Wände und Decke war für uns nicht angenehm. Außerdem ließ sich der Raum nur durch die Tür lüften - ein schwüles Ambiente. Ein Buch zum einschlafen war praktisch nicht lesbar, trotz Nachtlampe. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war sehr klein, Wie für eine Gästetoilette gemacht. Es gab nur einen kleinen Tisch ca. 80x80. Für zwei reichte es gerade zum Frühstück. Vermutlich waren wir nicht das geeignete Klientel (beide ca 70 Jahre alt). Wir hatten schon bessere Unterkünfte!
