Welcome to your Belvedere 5 holiday rental!

This modern, corner apartment on the ground floor delights its guests with a magnificent view of the countryside from the large, covered corner balcony that wraps around the entire apartment. From the afternoon until sunset, you’ll find a sheltered spot outdoors on the furnished balcony.

You can also enjoy the wonderful view from the bright living room through its large windows—whether from the cosy pull-out sofa bed (140×200) or from the large dining table. The seating area invites you to relax or enjoy cosy game nights.

The separate built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and various kitchen appliances, so nothing stands in the way of preparing delicious meals even while on holiday.

The interior shower room features a shower, a mirror, and various storage options.

In the bedroom, a large, comfortable double bed (2×90×200) ensures restful nights; a wardrobe provides storage space; and it’s worth noting that the room features exterior shutters and interior roller blinds. This allows you to adjust the lighting to your individual needs; the other rooms also offer this convenience.

A quick note for new parents: Your baby or toddler is, of course, very welcome, but there is no separate cot available for your little one.

Only the neighbouring building stands between you and the bakery, where you can find fresh rolls for breakfast or delicious cakes to go with your coffee. Just a few metres further on, you can sink your feet into the fine beach sand and watch the waves of the Baltic Sea.

You can park your car right in front of the house in a parking space reserved for your apartment.

Welcome to the “Belvedere” apartment building!

The 7-story apartment building, with its 91 apartments, is located just 100 metres from the white, fine-sand South Beach, the lively pier plaza, and the new 1.5-kilometer-long promenade.
As a guest at the Belvedere, you have the option to use the sauna located on the roof (7th floor) for a fee. The spacious rooftop terrace with its magnificent ocean view is also freely accessible to you.
A private parking space right in front of the building saves you the trouble of searching for parking.
Thanks to the two lifts, you can easily take your luggage all the way up to the 6th floor. The building entrance is conveniently accessible via ramps if needed.
In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (available for a fee).

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find restaurants, bakeries, the spa centre, playgrounds, shops, beach chair rentals, bike rentals, and recreational activities.
