The 66 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, gbmv2-23, in the Meerblickvilla in Großenbrode can accommodate up to 6 people. Particularly noteworthy are the sunny, covered balconies facing southeast; here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and beach life even in the morning sun.

The Location
This exclusive apartment is located on the second floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex, facing southeast. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 metres away is the beautiful, fine-sand South Beach with its beach promenade, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, attractions, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

The Amenities
The light-filled, family-friendly, non-smoking apartment is wheelchair-accessible and features underfloor heating, sun-protective glazing, and floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven.
The modern and cosy living-dining area features a double sleeper sofa (1.60 x 1.95 m) and a large flat-screen TV (43 inches). Two separate bedrooms offer a high level of sleeping comfort thanks to modern box-spring beds, including one double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and each is equipped with a flat-screen TV (40 inches) and a closet. One of the bedrooms has its own small balcony with a view of the sea. Please note that the second bedroom has a fire-rated window that cannot be opened. However, there is a special ventilation system that allows for the gradual regulation of fresh air intake.
The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer, heated towel rack, and heated floors. The holiday rental also includes a second toilet with a sink.
You can spend relaxing and sunny hours enjoying panoramic views of the lake on the southeast-facing balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture. The balcony is accessible from the living area. Dogs are welcome in this apartment!

Renovation work is expected to take place in the immediate vicinity until March 2027. During this period, construction activity may occur from time to time.

The Upstalsboom Meerblickvilla apartment complex is located right by the sea and on the beach promenade, near the 230-meter-long pier. The small but exquisite sauna area includes a Finnish sauna, a bio-sauna, and a relaxation area. The sauna area is available to you free of charge. From February 9 to 20.03.2026, the sauna area will be closed for maintenance. You can rent dressing gowns and sauna towels from us for a small fee. The building also houses “Jimmy’s Tapas Bar & Restaurant” (operated by an external vendor).
