This isn't a professionally staged vacation rental. It's a home we've spent years enjoying with friends and family, and we've filled it with things we genuinely love.
MOVIE NIGHT READY
The theater room features an Epson Home Cinema projector with an 84-inch screen and Polk stereo speakers. The home's TVs are 55-inch Fire TV Smart TVs with Google Chromecast built in, making it easy to stream your favorite movies, shows, sports, and playlists.
FOR MUSIC LOVERS
You'll find a vinyl record player with a collection of vintage records, plus two Sonos speakers throughout the home.

A LITTLE ROCK & ROLL HISTORY
Displayed in the home are a 1978 Gibson Les Paul and a Gibson Explorer. Both guitars traveled around the world on tour with my husband and hold a lot of special memories for our family.
COFFEE INCLUDED
The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker and more than 20 complimentary K-Cups to help get your mornings started.

Many of the lights throughout the house are controlled by Alexa and Govee smart lighting, allowing you to customize the atmosphere for movie nights, celebrations, or relaxing after a day exploring Denver.
SIMPLE & SECURE SELF CHECK-IN
Both the front and back doors are equipped with keypad entry. For added security, your personalized code is typically set to the last four digits of the primary guest's phone number and changed between stays.
LOCAL ART & CHARACTER
Several pieces throughout the home were created by our friend Frenchy, a New Orleans artist whose work has become legendary among collectors and music fans. Keep an eye out for his paintings inspired by Phish at Red Rocks and Peyton Manning.
BACKYARD READY
The backyard BBQ grill is fueled and ready to go, with propane included.

In addition to private chef experiences, we're happy to point guests toward transportation options, local recommendations, and other services that can make group travel a little easier.

About the host
Your host
Hi, I'm Kaitlan!
I'm a chef, mom, and Colorado local who loves bringing people together around great food, good conversation, and memorable experiences.
Over the years, I've learned that some of life's best moments happen when friends and family can gather under one roof without feeling rushed. Whether it's a birthday celebration, reunion, concert weekend, girls' trip, guys' getaway, holiday gathering, or simply a chance to reconnect, I love creating spaces where people can slow down and enjoy each other's company.
My background is in hospitality and culinary arts, so naturally I pay a lot of attention to the details that make a stay feel comfortable and welcoming. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen, cozy gathering spaces, a few fun surprises throughout the house, and plenty of opportunities to relax and make memories together.
Outside of hosting, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, listening to music, exploring Colorado, and discovering unique local restaurants and experiences. Many of the things you'll find throughout the home—from the artwork and record collection to the music gear and décor—reflect the things we genuinely enjoy in our own lives.
My goal isn't just to provide a place to stay. I want guests to feel at home, feel welcomed, and leave with stories they'll still be talking about years later.
I'd love the opportunity to host you and your group during your time in Denver.
Why they chose this property
RiNo is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Denver because it has so much personality.
What started as an industrial warehouse district has evolved into one of the city's most creative and energetic areas, filled with colorful murals, local breweries, coffee shops, live music venues, art galleries, and some of Denver's best restaurants.
One of the things I love most about the neighborhood is that every visit feels a little different. You can spend the afternoon exploring street art, grab coffee at a local café, visit a brewery or cocktail bar, catch a concert, and discover something new around the next corner.
Despite being close to downtown, RiNo still feels uniquely local. It's the kind of place where artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, food lovers, and travelers all seem to cross paths.
For guests, it offers the best of both worlds: easy access to everything Denver has to offer, while still feeling like you're staying somewhere with its own distinct identity and culture.
Whether you're visiting for a celebration, a concert weekend, a reunion, or simply a chance to explore the city, RiNo is a fun and memorable place to call home during your stay.
What makes this property unique
What makes RiNo Villa unique is that it doesn't feel like a typical vacation rental.
Over the years, we've filled the home with things we genuinely enjoy and use ourselves. You'll find a theater room with a projector, a collection of vintage vinyl records, music gear, local artwork, smart lighting, and even a few pieces of rock-and-roll history displayed throughout the home.
The house was designed with groups in mind. Whether you're gathering for a birthday, reunion, concert weekend, retreat, or simply a chance to spend time together, there are plenty of spaces to connect, relax, and have fun without feeling crowded.
As a professional chef, I also offer optional private dining and catering experiences exclusively for guests staying at the property. Sharing great food with great people is one of my favorite parts of hosting, and it's something that helps create memorable experiences for many of our groups.
One of the things guests appreciate most is flexibility. RiNo Villa comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests, and for larger gatherings, the neighboring property may also be available, allowing groups of up to 50 guests to stay side-by-side while enjoying additional outdoor space, a second kitchen, and a second hot tub.
Most importantly, this is a home with character. From the artwork and music memorabilia to the backyard hangouts and gathering spaces, we hope guests feel like they're staying somewhere memorable rather than just another rental.
