Great location. Appreciated the pillow selection. Updated nicely/clean. Some details to consider but I am picky. Would stay again & recommend to others.
Excellent view and very convenient parking! Elevator to 3rd floor. However elevator broke half way thru vacation! Very clean, also W/D great! Loved the balcony overlooking the sail boats! The only problems were a very dirty oven which started to smoke when turned on, I called management for help but they never arrived to clean oven! One other problem was the sliding glass door in the bedroom did not lock, so I barracked it with furniture as I was staying alone! I would stay again with excellent view, price, and if above simple problems were fixed!

Cleanliness, comfort, spacious, & lots of supplies.
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The property manager was very kind and helpful. The unit was a wonderful escape for us and very close to many nearby activities. I stayed with my fiancé as she recovered from surgery. We took our son to the nearby parks and to NASA. The unit was spacious with nice bathrooms. We couldn’t get the hot water to work in the shower of the guest bathroom, just a side note. The refrigerator worked well as did the air conditioning. It was nice having a washer dryer as well during her recovery. We would definitely stay there again! It would be nice to get that hot water figured out in the shower of the second bathroom

The view from the patio was very nice of the marina and a slice of the ocean. The suite was an ideal size for 2 people however the coffee maker was only a 5 cup, would have preferred a larger one as we stayed for 5 days. There was no hair dryer which I hoped would be a standard item as we traveled from out of country. Location was very handy to the freeway, close to NASA and family we were there to visit.
Great location and property. Clean comfortable space. Good communication. Minor wish list, hair dryer missing, bathroom fan needs maintenance and would be great to have tv option in bedroom. Would stay again.
Love the community very kind to me and my children. The location is great. There is a park down the street and a little market to but groceries, medicine and other important things you made need literally right across. Kemah Boardwalk is around the corner. Definitely recommend and I will be back!!

Single Mom Approved!!!
I love the community everyone was so kind. The pool is literally in our backyard. The location is absolutely wonderful for a single mom...there is a park for your children to play and get wet with a splash pad and right across the street there is a market with groceries and anything you may have forgot. Plenty of restaurants. Kemah board walk is right around the corner as well!!

Condo get away
This place was perfect! We will definitely be staying here again next year if it's available! It was very clean and spacious. My favorite was the kitchen and the nice sized patio. The Fully equipped and efficiently set up kitchen made it easy to have 4 people cooking and prepping at the same time. The back patio was a nice space to relax at the end of the day overlooking the relaxing pool.

There was nowhere to park when we first arrived as someone was parked in one of the parking spots and another person was parked over to far into the other spot. We couldn't find the key to the gate for the pool the until the following day. The kitchen was not stocked adequately. There was no laundry soap. There was a large bug/roach like in the towels/Master bath. None of the bath outlets worked in the bathrooms just to name a few of the things.

Condo was perfect for what we needed. The master bath wasn’t 100% clean which was probably just an oversight by the cleaning staff. Other than that is was good. We only used it to sleep. Will probably try and stay again on next visit

Beautiful apartment with a view
We appreciated the size of the place. Lots of room, full kitchen. Nicely decorated, loved the colors and kitchen cabinets. Looks to have been recently updated. Nice big bathroom. Covered parking. Fun looking at the boats and water. The response time from my questions was great and So appreciated. I would stay here again anytime but especially close to Johnson Space Center and boating activities. Found good restaurants and wine bar. We had a great stay. Thank you!!
When you arrive you have to get out and go around the other side of your car and put the gate code in and then hurry back to your car to pull threw. Also there are no clear signs for parking. I called and they quickly explained. The entry way to the condo is very dirty but when you walk inside the condo it was very nice and clean! We really enjoyed our stay and i would definitely recommend this place. They should for peoples safety place a entrance box for the driver of the car to open the gate without getting out of vehicle.
