Fabulous family condo in beautiful Fraser with a clubhouse!

Enjoy spending time with family and friends in this newly remodeled condo. You can prepare dinner in the updated kitchen (new appliances, counters, and cabinets), which flows into the dining room with seating for 8, and the living room with a wood-burning fireplace and views out to the balcony. 2 spacious bedrooms on the main floor with a large loft for the kids, no matter what their age! This is an end unit! You are just steps from the shuttle with a short ride to the ski resort and downtown WP. The condo comes with access to the fun-for-all clubhouse: a year-round pool, 2 jacuzzies, gym, tennis/pickleball courts, racquetball, and volleyball.

Please adjust all the thermostats to between 50 and 60. Our cleaning crew is amazing, but should not have to clean up amazing messes! Please be respectful of their time and our condo.
Please remove the sheets from the beds that anyone in your party used, even if only for a short time. Place all used sheets and towels on the floor in the bedrooms and/or loft.
Please empty all trash cans and dispose of trash in the outdoor trash container before you check out of the condo. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place, very clean and comfortable! Just wish they had curtains on the kitchen window and sliding glass door as I didnt Love not being able to cover those at night but still a great experience!
