Our Red Pearl offers 33 m² of living space, a 15 m² rooftop terrace, and a bow terrace measuring approximately 6 m².

The spacious living and dining area with its three-sided glass front, the fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), and the modern bathroom with shower and toilet offer every comfort for a stylish and carefree holiday. An additional guest can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed (2.30 x 0.80 m), making the Red Pearl an excellent choice for families as well.

From the living and dining area, you can step out onto the southwest-facing bow terrace. This is the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine or a delicious BBQ in the evening sun, which you can prepare on the high-quality gas grill.

The rooftop terrace, with its comfortable double lounger (1.60 x 1.95 m), is perfect for soaking up the sun. Relax and unwind as a couple while gazing out at the lake, enjoying the feeling of open space and freedom, or watch the activity in the tranquil marina.
