"Dolce Vita" holiday rental in our traditional Tuscan stone house. Perfectly restored with a personal touch. Sleeps up to 3 people; living room,
bedroom with air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, and
private terrace.
Large 12 x 5-meter pool with a sunbathing area. Large 14-hectare property, perfect for hiking and exploring nature. Organically maintained for at least 50 years, with a magnificent olive grove featuring olive trees, some of which are 1,000 years old. A 7- to 8-minute walk takes you to our medieval village, “Caldana.” There you’ll find cafes, bars, 3 restaurants, a Coop, a bakery, a butcher shop, an ATM, and a 12th-century church.
It’s about a 20-minute drive by car to the sea and its pristine 5-star beaches in Castiglione della Pescaia, where you can swim, snorkel, sail, and enjoy all kinds of water sports. “Golf courses are nearby.
” There are perfect opportunities for day trips following in the footsteps of the Etruscans right in the vicinity, such as Vetulonia.

Genuss und Entspannung

Ein sehr gemütlicher Ort mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die toskanischen Hügel. Großer und liebevoll gepflegter Garten mit vielen Blumen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist in einem typisch toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Auf der gemütlichen Terrasse kann man im Freien die Frühstücke und Abendessen genießen. Der schöne Swimmingpool bietet eine tolle Abkühlung in der Hitze des Tages. Zum Strand in Castiglione della Pescaia sind es nur 25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Katalin und Richard sind sehr nette Menschen und wir hatten viel Spaß mit ihnen. Wir haben uns von ihnen so verabschiedet, als wären sie unsere Freunde, die wir schon lange kennen und zu denen wir immer wieder gerne zurückkehren würden.
