From airy casement windows, roomy front and back porches, granite stone fireplace, and monitor heater and wireless. A mooring is provided. Sebago is perfect for boating and swimming. The private beach is wide and clean, and the lake bottom is sandy with a gradual slope, no drop off.

This is a housekeeping cottage and must be left clean, You are not being charged a cleaning fee which can run as high as $250.
Pets are allowed, but all hair must be vacuumed, the sand in floor swept and no sticky The refrigerator must be emptied and wiped out and all dishes clean and put away. The toilet should be clean .

Bathroom outside in front screen room, freezing, hundreds of bugs, whole neighborhood can see you using tiny bathroom, not enough hot water for shower, have to unlock front door to use the outhouse. Cobwebs up walls everywhere, filthy dust balls and dog hairs all over floors plus sand. Have to bring your own water, zero house supplies, furniture disgusting cobwebs/dust and wall decor. Back screen room beautiful view, great back and lake but huge huge spiders drop down from eves and screens have holes. Spiders on kitchen counters and we couldn’t wait to leave! Nightmare!!! The beach is what kept us there! Owner kept that bathroom situation a big secret, then sprung on us while we were heading there about bring your own water and the small heater for shower. I have never seen anything so disgusting in my life and we had to sleep there. I needed my inhaler!!!

We had a great time for our week at Sebago. The beach was amazing, the screened in porch was our gathering place all the day and night. Any questions we had were promptly answered. I would stay again in a heartbeat. It was an extremely quiet and peaceful week
