A breathtaking view of the North Bohemian Hills, nestled in the most authentic Czech countryside. Just a few steps from the forest, our guests can enjoy a private spa and wellness area. From the hot tub, they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping on wines that we produce ourselves.
We also offer a breakfast service (buffet), which must be booked at least 2 days in advance or upon request (price not included in the room rate). The breakfast room is located 300 metres from the holiday home.

Bedrooms and Rooms:
Ground Floor: The house welcomes you with a spacious lobby leading to a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden and the pool. The kitchen is connected to a large dining room with a fireplace. The first bedroom, featuring a double bed and a double sofa bed, is located on the ground floor. This floor also includes two elegant bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower.

Ground floor: It features a TV area with a sofa bed and two bedrooms. First bedroom: 1 double bed with the option to add an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for 2 people upon request. Second bedroom: 1 double bed with the option to add an extra bed—a sofa bed for 2 people—upon request; bathroom with shower.

Attic: This spacious room not only offers a beautiful view of the surroundings but also features a pool table, foosball table, TV, and toys.... it’s simply the perfect game room for kids and adults alike. If the kids don’t want to leave this wonderful place, they can sleep here on 2 sofa beds (4 beds total).

Garden: The garden features a heated swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m, a fireplace, and a picnic table. Above the garden is a small private wooded area. The entire property is fenced—dogs can run freely.

Heating: Heat pump and fireplace; underfloor heating in the wellness area and bathroom.

The entire property, including the garden (fenced) and the car park (enclosed), is accessible only to guests.

I will welcome you personally and provide you with all the necessary information about the accommodation. My colleagues and I are also available to assist you during your stay; the reception desk is located 300 metres from the house.

The house is situated in a prominent location within the village and guarantees complete privacy. The property is surrounded by a private grove and lush greenery. It’s also just a few steps from the forest and the start of the trails leading to the summit of Sedlo (Geltschberg).

Ideas for walks and excursions
1. An easy walk to Jelče takes 30 minutes, is 2 km long, and leads through beautiful pastures.
2. If you have more energy, you can extend the walk to the ruins of Lityš Castle. The hike there takes a little over an hour.
3. The hike to the summit of Mount Sedlo (726 m) takes about 2 hours. From the majestic summit, you can enjoy a beautiful view into the distance.
4. Take a trip to the picturesque town of Úštěk, the magical Lake Chmelař with its sandy beach, the mysterious Helfenburg Castle, and visit Calvary Hill near the village of Ostré.
5. The Zubrnice Open-Air Museum, passing through the town of Levín, famous for its pottery.
6. The fairytale Ploskovice Castle.
7. The royal town of Leitmeritz.
