This is a great place for a family or couple. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. So nice to have your morning coffee/tea out on the deck. There are 2 tvs--one up and one down --plus a great selection of games. We were too tired to play them after hiking, but wanted to. Hot tub is relaxing. Chris is great to work with...super nice and promptly responds to any questions you may have. Would love to stay here again if we're in the area.

Hi! We're a Colorado family who loves spending time in the mountains. After years of visiting, we purchased this home as a place to gather and enjoy all four seasons that Granby Ranch has to offer. We love to share the home with guests when we're not using it ourselves and take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped place to stay. Whether you're visiting for skiing, mountain biking, hiking, golf, or simply relaxing, we hope you'll enjoy the home as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This house is great for families with kids or groups, with two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, there is space for everyone. Plenty of sleeping options if everyone needs their own bed, with the downstairs murphy bed, bunk beds and the upstairs sleeper sofas. Dogs welcome! Have an electric car? You can charge while you stay!

What makes this property unique

With a 5 minute walk from the front door you are at the Kicking Horse ski lift for great ski-in ski-out access. In the summer you can run, hike and bike straight from the house! Front porch has a universal EV charger! The kitchen is fully stocked with all your needs, and includes a Keurig Coffee maker, and a drip coffee maker with filters in the kitchen. The downstairs living room has a Roku smart tv, DVD player, and a classic Nintendo Mini and SuperNES game systems, dvd collection in addition to games and books.
