Ferienwohnung Neukalen am Kummerower See

Our holiday rental is bright and welcoming and is on the ground floor. Neukalen is a state-recognized resort town, and you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of unspoiled nature—forests, meadows, the lake, and the historic mill. The holiday rental is 35 m² in size. It’s located on our 3,500 m² property. It’s completely separate, with its own entrance and on the ground floor. It was completely renovated in 2022 and refurnished.
It features an open-concept living and sleeping area. The bathroom is separate, with a walk-in shower and toilet. The kitchen area has a built-in kitchen that is fully equipped. The beds measure 160 x 200 m and are fitted with Geeltoper mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. Wi-Fi is available, as well as Amazon TV, Joyn, Alexa, and music. The holiday rental is heated via central gas heating.
There is a large terrace in front, covered with UV-protective panels. (Pictures to follow) Two large parking spaces are right next to the holiday rental and are included.
A bike rack for 2 bikes (uncovered) is available. Charging the e-bike battery is permitted only outdoors for fire safety reasons!! Please use the outdoor outlet at the bike rack! To store your expensive e-bikes, you are welcome to rent the garage located next door.
The kitchen area features a small dining area with chairs as well as the built-in kitchen—2 leather chairs and a table—see photos.
The holiday rental is fully fenced in. There are flowers and shrubs on the property. You have exclusive use of approximately 400 m².
A patio with furniture and a grill is included, as well as a lawn and other areas for your use.
All you really need to bring are your personal belongings and food.
All-inclusive!!! Except for the final cleaning with disinfection.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and the property is not suitable for children.
From the holiday rental, you can see Lake Kummerow, as well as the forest, meadows, and the old historic mill.
If you’re looking for peace and quiet and want to escape the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. Even in high season, Neukalen isn’t overcrowded. You can go on bike rides, paddle, rent a boat, fish, hike, and much more. Or simply relax and unwind in this beautiful area. Flyers are available, so you’re sure to find something to do. Or just enjoy the peace and quiet. Neukalen has all the shops and amenities you need. !! Here, nature is still nature—including Lake Kummerow with its many species of fish, herons, beavers, various bird species, ducklings, and swans. Simply wonderful!! Come explore Neukalen and its beautiful surroundings—you’ll be delighted! Even when the weather isn’t ideal, there’s plenty to do, such as a trip to the Baltic Sea, the Güstrow Museum, Dargun Abbey, Marlow Bird Park, Waren Bear Forest, and more.
