One of the home's best features is its private backyard, a rare find in Ocean Lakes! Relax around the fire pit after a day at the beach, enjoy the spacious deck, or sip your morning coffee on the balcony.

Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, four inviting bedrooms, and unique artwork created by our family, making the home warm, welcoming, and one of a kind.

Located in Ocean Lakes Family Campground, you'll enjoy easy access to the beach, pools, water park, mini golf, playgrounds, basketball courts, arcade, and many other family-friendly amenities.
We hope our beach house becomes your home away from home and the place where you make unforgettable family memories!

Golf Cart: This property does not include a golf cart. Guests may arrange a rental through an approved Ocean Lakes golf cart rental provider if desired.

A signed rental agreement is required within 72 hours of booking. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in must have the rental agreement signed within 24 hours or before check-in, whichever comes first.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Upon departure, please make sure all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and cups are washed and put away. Also, be sure that the refrigerator and freezer are empty.

Please remove sheets from the beds and replace the comforters. Place all used towels, washcloths and sheets in the hamper located in the laundry room.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations and must be completed within 48 hours of booking (or before check-in for last-minute res.)

Pets are allowed with approval. Please pick up after your pet.

Must be 25 to book. Check in after 4 pm. Check out is 10 not 11:30 so the cleaning crew can come in.

Rob is a North Carolina native and owns his own septic business, while Jill has been an elementary art teacher for more than 25 years.

We are proud parents of three grown children and grandparents to one wonderful grandchild. We also share our home with five dogs, one cat, a rabbit, and more than 45 chickens!

Our family has always loved the beach. Jill grew up just across the street from the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland and has lived in many different places over the years. As a teenager, she even lived on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, making this area especially close to our hearts.

We are excited to share our beach home with guests and hope you create wonderful memories here, just as our family has over the years.

We chose our beach house in Ocean Lakes because we wanted a place where families could spend quality time together and make lasting memories. We love the family-oriented atmosphere, the many activities available within Ocean Lakes, and how close it is to the beach. There is always something fun to do, whether you're enjoying the amenities in Ocean Lakes or exploring all that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. For us, it was the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the beach lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

What makes our home special is the warm, cozy atmosphere and the personal touches throughout. Many of the artwork and decorative pieces were created by Jill and our daughter Jenay especially for this home, giving it a unique charm you won't find anywhere else.

Another feature that sets our home apart is the cozy backyard space, which is uncommon in Ocean Lakes. Guests can relax outdoors, gather around the fire pit, and enjoy spending time together after a fun day at the beach. We wanted our home to feel like a true home away from home for families and friends.
