It expects you spacious 116m ² apartment, quiet location on the edge of the forest to Ammertal with separate entrance plus vestibule for wardrobe, shoes, etc. The apartment has a large, bright living room with open country kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath), two balconies and a reading corner with oven. Carport and parking space also belong to the apartment.
Bedding, bathrobes for adults and towels.
The front garden can be shared - garden chairs and charcoal grill are available.
As part of the DTV certification were awarded for the apartment **** (4 stars). Last renewal: 2017 see certificate

We ask our guests not to smoke in the apartment.

It is possible to rent 2 double rooms (for a maximum of 4 persons) on the ground floor of the house.

Our rates include the Königscard with free access to over 250 activities in Upper Bavaria, the Allgäu, Tyrol. Example: The ascent and descent on the Wank near Partenkirchen costs regularly for 4 adults 86 €. All our guests have a daily free ride.

Quaint and quiet stay

Our family of five enjoyed our stay in this lovely old home. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms immaculate. Even though the church is very close by the bells did not bother us, and we enjoyed walking to the nearby bakery each morning to buy wonderful rolls and pastries. Would recommend this place 100%!

The perfect, spacious and quiet home in a quaint little village! It was well equipped with all that we needed and the hosts greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the house to show us around! The perfect place to rest our heads after busy days in Garmisch and surrounding areas! Highly recommend 👍

Exceptionally clean apartment and personable owners

Definitely recommended. The only complaints are that the listing states bicycles and free wireless internet are available. When asked about the bicycles the owner said they were not available. The Wi-Fi connection was all but useless. You could not connect in almost all locations in the apartment and if you were lucky to connect it dropped the connection in a short interval. The problem was mentioned to the owner and he opened up another Wi-Fi port but this exhibited the same deficiency. Several occupants who shared the apartment with us all had the same problem eliminating the possibility that it was a fault of the connecting device. Additionally, it would have been helpful if the owners provided a quick walk through explaining the operation of items like the satellite TV operation, washer and drier, etc. This proved somewhat a problem for English speaking renters figuring out how to use the German appliances.

Dear guests, thank you for your recommendation. We would also answer your critic points: Bicycle: yes, we had one bicycle offered in our descryption. It is a quite simple bike, we would like to offer anybody coming here. As you have been 2 persons, we suggested to rent 2 very good bikes at a small village appr. 4 km away. Sorry for the misunderstanding. As a matter of fact we now changed this option. Anyway, if anybody needs one bike, heartly welcome. WiFi: we have a WiFi n Rottenbuch with a maximum of 16.000 kbit/s. Regulary we receive a band width of appr. 9.000 to 12.000 kbit/s. As have seen on our router that there have been up to 4 or 5 apples divices online. We have also not been able to go into the internet with our devices yourselves. We tried to eliminate the problem by buying a new router, but we have not been able to get a higher bandwidth. Very sorry, too much devices for to low band width. Instruction manuals: During the years we learned, that our guests did not want a detailed information after a hour-long trip. Anyway all instructions manuels (multi-lingual) have been placed in the kitchen or e.g. near the washing maschine. And, as we live next door, no probelm if you need more detailed information about anything.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben hier einen tollen Kurzurlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen und war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Ettal und nach Füssen. Empfehlenswert sind Besuche der nahegelegenen Schönegger-Käse-Alm, Bromberg-Alm, der Stiftskirche und der Wieskirche. Die inkludierte Königscard bietet zudem zahlreiche weitere Attraktionen. Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub.

Silvesterurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Es fehlt uns an Nichts. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. 2 Bäder waren für unsere große Familie ausreichend. Zum ersten Mal konnten wir Silvester entspannt mit unserem Hund feiern, da rund um das in der Nähe befindliche Kloster ein „Knallerverbot“ existierte. Für Hundehalter sehr empfehlenswert.

Alles bestens, gerne wieder :)

Vom Check in bis zur Abreise alles top. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer wunderbaren Lage, vor allem wenn man Hunde hat. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Wald. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und man kann sich dort wie zu Hause fühlen. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden.

Ferienwohnung mit reichlich Platz

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders gut hat uns die KönigsCard gefallen, da hiermit eine Vielzahl von Freizeitaktivitäten unternommen werden können. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Kurze Zeit in der Naehe der Alpen

Es war eine gute Lage mit Geschaeften und einigen Restaurants in der Naehe. Das einzige wo wir nicht mit gerechnet hatten waren die Treppen zu der Wohnung und dann zu den Schlafzimmern. Die Lage und Austattung (Wanne) eine Badezimmers war unbequem gewesen. Ansonsten war alles gut, hatten leider nur einigen Tage.

Die Ankunft war wunderbar. Die Gastgeber hatten sogar Kaltgetränke bereitgestellt. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Sehr saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Mit allem super ausgestattet - es fehlte an nix. Sehr gerne wieder! Auch. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgedient Spaziergängen ein.

European Vacation

The owner was waiting for us when we pulled in and took us for a tour of the house. He was very helpful throughout our stay. The house is close to locations we wanted to visit and allowed us to visit Munich as well. The small town is gorgeous and the church is amazing. Everything was great and we had a great time staying in a well cleaned and comfortable house. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Thanks for everything.

Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem Equipment

Die Ankunft war sehr gut organisiert. Mit der Wegbeschreibung der Vermieter überhaupt kein Problem. Sowohl der Wohnbereich mit supermoderner Küche, als auch die Schlafzimmer ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Bäder waren funktionell eingerichtet und immer schön warm und kuschelig, was unseren Frauen besonders gefiel. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war immer angenehm und es wurde jeder Wunsch (z.B. Grillen an Silvester mit Holzkohle!) ermöglicht. Auch die in der Vermietung includierte Königs- Card ist ein nettes Gimmick. Wir haben diese mit drei kostenlosen Bergbahnfahrten rege genutzt. Alles in allem eine Wohnung, welche man guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen kann. Von der technischen Seite ist alles vorhanden. Das Internet lief trotz teilweise vierfacher Smartphone- Nutzung recht passabel. Das funktioniert in vielen 4* Hotels wesentlich schlechter. Der Fernseher könnte vielleicht demnächst (der Raumgröße angepasst) größer werden. Ansonsten war alles okay. Danke nochmals an unsere Vermieter für die schönen Tage in Rottenbuch.
