This stylish, modern, and brightly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of our holiday home, newly built in 2010, which features a total of two residential units on a well-maintained property right in the heart of town, yet in a quiet location. The fine sandy beach and the town centre, perfect for strolling, are easily reached in 5–10 minutes on foot. The ground-floor apartment features a separate entrance, a bright, modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an open-concept living area with a cosy sitting area (including a radio and TV) as well as a lovely dining area with a practical, small kitchenette and two ceramic cooktops. From this room, you have direct access to your own small, charming terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture so you can comfortably wind down your evenings during your holiday. The bright bedroom features a double bed and a spacious closet.
