12 Apartments: Turning the old into the new. Over the years, the original farmhouse was converted into a guesthouse and eventually into newly renovated apartments. It was—and still is—a place to come home to, nestled in a rural setting.
The twelve apartments reflect the history of the old farmhouse and are furnished with high-quality materials and great attention to detail. With a blend of elegant porcelain stoneware and reclaimed wood from local craftsmen, the “Lieblingsplatz’l” will become your favourite spot.



Local Activities: There’s always something going on right in Bad Hofgastein, summer and winter alike: The region offers numerous hiking trails, kilometres of ski slopes, and ski tours.
