Comfortably accommodates 6 people in the main house with 1 Queen sized bed and 4 twins and the newly renovated guest cottage accommodates 2 people with a queen bed and it?s own kitchen and bath. Owner provides cable television (completely upgraded entertainment center) wireless Internet board games lawn games videos DVDs books art supplies and a beach pass to South Kingstown Town Beach.
