Escape to this cozy coastal South Kingston cottage, the perfect escape for relaxation and adventure. With a location nestled just steps from the beach in the private community of Matunuck Point, you will experience salty sea breezes and the soothing sound of the ocean. Fall in love with Matunuck - the perfect off-the-beaten-path beach village.

Inside the cottage, you'll find a warm and inviting space awash in blues and whites with modern amenities to make you feel at home. The open-concept living area is bathed in natural light, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, comfy couches and a fireplace. Step outside to your private deck to enjoy morning coffee or sip wine at sunset with a view. With 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, you and your family and friends can relax in this peaceful and wonderful space. The cottage features amenities like AC, WiFi, linens, towels, and a washer/dryer. We've also got beach chairs, outdoor games, and a pickleball court next door!

In less than a 5 minute walk, you can have the sand under your feet. Access to East Matunuck State Beach is available via a private ramp approximately a 5 minute walk from the house. Deep Hole is less than a 5 minute walk away and is a fantastic surfing spot. While the house does not have a boat, a public boat ramp is also less than a 5 minutes walk. The pond where the boat will enter is ocean accessible!

The cottage is a short walk or drive away from local seafood restaurants, charming bakeries, ice cream stores, shops and a summer theater playhouse. The location is ideal for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful seaside escape. Some visit musts:
