Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Kindly leave all towels and linen in the laundry basket located inside each closet before checkout. Kindly put cover on TV that is in the backyard . Please be sure to log off from all smart TV's.
Trash pickup is Monday morning. Please place trash and recycling bins on the curb Sunday night to ensure they are picked up. Please male sure to put them back after collection.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You will be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. We also ask to respect our neighbors and nature.
No parties are allowed. You need to be at least 23yo to rent. No more than 10 guests are allowed, children included. No parking on the street.
Maximum of five (5) cars parked in driveway.
