The Space

Living Area

Enter through a grand teak doorway into a bright, open-concept living space filled with natural light. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors fully open to the expansive terrace, creating a smooth indoor–outdoor flow. The living area is furnished with comfortable modern seating and offers uninterrupted ocean views, making it an ideal space for relaxing, gathering, or enjoying sunset evenings.

Kitchen and Dining

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, generous storage, and a large quartz island suitable for cooking and casual dining. Adjacent to the kitchen is a handcrafted Guanacaste wood dining table that seats eight guests comfortably, ideal for shared meals and long evening gatherings.

Bedrooms

The villa includes four spacious bedrooms, all equipped with AC and each designed as a private retreat.

Apart from one of the bedrooms, all other bedrooms are en-suite.

The master bedroom is equipped with its own walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and a king bed. Additionally, it has direct access to the pool area.
