☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

Every bedroom has been appointed to honor the farmhouse's historic roots — warm, restored, and full of character, with views of the surrounding fields and countryside.

Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Queen bed with convenient single-level access. Perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, or for couples wanting a little extra privacy from the rest of the group.
Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): Two full beds — ideal for siblings, kids, or friends sharing a room.
Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): Full bed with gorgeous elevated views of the surrounding fields and open landscape.
Bedroom 4 + Kids' Suite (2nd Floor): A full bed for the adults, with a door connecting directly into one of the home's most special spaces: a dedicated kids' room tucked under the home's charming vaulted attic. The kids' suite is fully outfitted with a toddler bed, a crib, an additional pack-and-play, a changing station, a house-shaped tent floor bed, soft play mat, and a curated collection of toys and books. Please note that the attic staircase is locked and inaccessible to children for safety — the kids' suite is the dedicated child-friendly space. A genuinely magical setup for little ones that parents will love just as much.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

Both bathrooms have been beautifully updated while preserving the farmhouse's classic sensibility — crisp white subway tile, matte black fixtures, and glass-enclosed showers. Plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided.

Main Floor Bath: Walk-in glass shower with subway tile and brass rainfall showerhead. Conveniently located near the main floor bedroom.
Upstairs Bath: Fully renovated with a glass walk-in shower and mosaic penny tile floor. Located in the hallway near all three upstairs bedrooms.

The interior of Alewive House is warm and full of personality — historic bones, thoughtful updates, and the kind of curated touches that make a house feel like a home.

Kitchen: Bright and fully equipped with cream painted glass-front cabinetry, soapstone countertops, a gas range with hood, stainless farmhouse sink, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and a nugget ice maker. The kitchen window looks out to the treeline — a lovely backdrop for your morning coffee. Fully stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to full farmhouse dinners.

Eat-In Kitchen Nook: A round table with seating for 4 sits right in the kitchen — the perfect spot for a casual breakfast before a beach day.

Dining Room: A proper, light-filled farmhouse dining room with a large wooden table and seating for 8. Framed by original maple floors and tall windows with field views.

Living Room: Two generously sized sofas seat 6–8 comfortably in a sun filled room located in the center of the home.

Mudroom: One of the home's most beautiful details — an original, custom sage-green beadboard built-in with a cushioned bench, brass coat hooks, and the stacked washer/dryer tucked neatly behind cabinet doors. The perfect first impression and the last thing you'll see on your way out to the fire pit.
