Holiday Home 'Casa Del Riccio' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
Located in Cozze, in the municipality of Mola di Bari, this 130 m² first-floor holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests and features 2 bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and baby cot ensure a comfortable stay. Enjoy a beautiful sea view from the interiors thanks to the beachfront location.
Outside, you will find a private garden with a well-furnished patio, perfect for outdoor dining and equipped with a private barbecue. Three private balconies provide extra space to enjoy the coastal atmosphere, and the outdoor shower is ideal after a day at the beach.

The house is 25 km from Bari and only 5 km from beautiful Polignano a Mare. Within a 30 km radius, you can visit some of Puglia’s most charming destinations, such as Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Conversano, and Alberobello, famous for its trulli. The picturesque Canale di Pirro, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, and Cisternino are part of the Itria Valley. Ostuni, known as the “white city,” is about 40 km away.
In Cozze, during summer, you will find several restaurants and pizzerias, including takeaway options. Just steps from the villa, a beach club with pool, bar, and restaurant is available for an extra charge.

Very Convenient Comfortable Apartment
This was a nice property with a comfortable master bedroom and great living space. The outdoor terrace was small, but looked out on the ocean/sea. There was an outdoor space with a barbecue and seating below the apartment that was private. You were literally a block away from the shore and could walk along the water and had access to a few restaurants. Coco Beach Club was nearby and had great service and food. Be aware that some restaurants will be closed after September until tourist season begins. The hosts were fine and communicating English.

Very close to the seeside and a lot of open room with fantastic garden
