The Space:

📌 NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival, and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check in.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire second-floor apartment during their stay, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and porch. Self check-in is available for a smooth and convenient arrival.



Please note that the unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. Free street parking is available for guests.

Getting Around:

Rosendale is a walkable village, and many local cafés, restaurants, shops, and attractions can be reached on foot from the apartment. For exploring the wider Hudson Valley, having a car is recommended.

🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. Occasional pest sightings may still occur despite routine treatment and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units. While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



• Weather & Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.



• Supplies: Limited towels are provided for approximately 2-3 days. For stays of 5 or more nights, replacement towels may be requested (subject to availability). A laundromat is nearby. Extra supplies are available upon request but not guaranteed, and grocery stores are nearby.



• Property Condition: Normal wear, minor imperfections, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present due to regular use. We maintain high cleaning standards.



• Items Left Behind: A $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs apply for the return of personal items. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure.
