The apartment is located in a small, idyllic, and quiet residential community nestled in the middle of an olive grove at the foot of the Pyrenees; it’s the ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours or excursions to the nearby picturesque towns of Cadaqués, Porto de la Selva, or across the border into France.

For water lovers, the town beaches in Roses, St. Margarita, and Empuriabrava offer a wide range of water sports. The natural beach La Rubina is particularly suitable for those seeking peace and quiet and is designated as a dog-friendly beach. All four beaches are easily accessible in about 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike.

Restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance, and the nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes on foot. A bus stop for the three bustling tourist destinations

The air-conditioned apartment features a living room with a large sleeper sofa, coffee table, dining table, and LED smart TV; a bedroom with a large double bed, built-in closets, and a small balcony; a bathroom with a shower and natural light; a fully equipped kitchen; and a 25-square-meter, partially covered terrace with a spectacular view of the Pyrenees and the Gulf of Roses. The 400-square-meter fenced-in garden offers space for undisturbed sunbathing and barbecuing, as well as secure parking for two cars.

The air conditioning can be used for both cooling and heating, making the apartment ideal for both summer and winter holidays.
