The "Kleine Auszeit" house is located on Feldhausenstraße, putting the spa gardens right nearby. The Weststrand is only about 700 metres away, and the Kurhaus is only about 400 metres away.

The apartment features a bright living room equipped with a kitchen and dining area. In total, the apartment has three bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms and a separate bathroom, which is especially convenient for larger groups. A special highlight of this holiday rental is the bright courtyard, which features a wooden floor. This courtyard spans a generous 30 square metres and is surrounded by a tree. Barbecuing is permitted here. The third bedroom is accessible from this courtyard. This bedroom features its own small living area and a separate bathroom. This layout is particularly convenient for guests who wish to have some privacy while travelling as part of a group. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the apartment.

If there isn’t enough space in the “Lee” apartment, you can also book the “Luv” apartment, located on the ground floor. This creates space for four additional guests, further increasing the flexibility of the accommodation.

Feldhausenstraße on Norderney is undergoing renovation. The work is scheduled to take place from approximately November 2025 to approximately 28.05.2056. Feldhausenstraße will be closed to traffic during this time.
