The building was completely renovated in 2013–2014. Thanks to this location, the island’s centre, the Kurplatz, and the beach are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Many restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is bright and modernly furnished and features two bedrooms with double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has space for a dining area. The bathroom is modern and features a shower and a towel dryer. The balcony (roof terrace-style) is accessible from the living room. In the “Lara” building, residents have access to a coin-operated washing machine for shared use. Pets are not allowed here.
