Enjoy an idyllic holiday in our simple, 2-room, non-smoking holiday rental on the 2nd floor. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi (no refunds or replacements in case of service disruptions) and allows dogs—we simply ask that you bring a blanket for the sofa and a bed for your four-legged friend. <br>There is a bike rack and a bike storage room for bicycles. Feel free to use the laundry room with a coin-operated machine in the basement.<br><br>Arrive and feel right at home—the beds will be freshly made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided. The linens package includes two hand towels and one bath towel per person, as well as one shower mat and one tea towel per apartment. Since the majority of the 2- to 6-person apartments are furnished with similar amenities, they are particularly well-suited for (extended) families as well as groups. Building 20 features a shared laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and coin-operated machines, so you don’t have to pack your suitcase too full—you can conveniently do your laundry right there. The same room also features a ping-pong table and a foosball table. If it happens to rain, you can play a few intense matches here. The 1.5 km to the beach is a quick bike ride, so you can enjoy the Timmendorfer lifestyle and a bit of beach action during the day. You can conveniently park your bikes in front of the house in one of the bike racks. There’s also a shared bike storage room accessible via the underground garage. Each holiday apartment comes with a designated parking space, which may be located in the outdoor car park or in the underground garage. The underground garage features parking bays and duplex parking spaces (for cars: max. length 5 m, max. width 2.36 m, max. height 1.5 m).
