Experience a relaxing holiday in this bright and comfortable holiday apartment for up to five people in Medulin. The 55 m² accommodation on the upper floor offers two cosy bedrooms, a modern equipped bathroom and a fully equipped living kitchen with sofa bed, SAT-TV, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. The private 20 m² terrace invites you to relax and enjoy meals together in the fresh air with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a parasol.



Only about 2 km from the nearest beach, enjoy the tranquillity of a secluded holiday destination, while restaurants, supermarkets and cafés are conveniently accessible. The holiday home is situated on a spacious, fenced plot of 1,700 m², offering guests courtyard and garden use as well as a barbecue option. For additional comfort, a large private pool is available, which will be completed by summer 2024. Pets are welcome, but may be subject to an additional charge.



The environment offers a variety of leisure activities: water sports, boat trips, diving, high ropes course, horse riding, cycling and kayak tours as well as child-friendly leisure parks. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche hier! Der Pool ist groß und gepflegt, umgeben von einem weitläufigen Garten, in dem unsere Kinder viel Platz zum Spielen hatten. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig. Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert! Eigentlich nichts :)

Great pool !

A fantastic holiday apartment on a large property with a lovely pool. The location is very quiet and secluded – perfect if you really want to relax. The terrace was our favorite spot to unwind at the end of the day. Service and amenities were good the only slight drawback was that the access road could be better signposted in places. Overall, though, a very enjoyable holiday!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das große Grundstück mit Pool bot uns absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, aber auch zum reinen Relaxen vor Ort. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Pool

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Pool und großem Grundstück. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige, abgeschiedene Lage – ideal zum Entspannen fernab vom Trubel. Der Pool war sauber und ausreichend groß, perfekt für eine Abkühlung zwischendurch. Die Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück im Freien ein und das Grundstück bietet viel Platz und Privatsphäre. Insgesamt ein erholsamer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne wiederholen würden.
