We would definitely stay here again! The property was just as expected. You can’t beat the price for the amount of space and location!! Our kids loved the little alcove in the one bedroom. There was plenty of space for our family. The private separate entrance made for easy access into the unit down a set of stairs. WiFi was great. We were able to work from the house without any issues. We didn’t have access to control the air (I don’t think) but it was plenty cool even during the heat wave. The kitchen was lightly stocked. If you are needing anything specific, I would check to see if they have it. Communication with the host was quick and easy. In full disclosure, it is a basement unit. So everything that we experienced was as expected in a basement rental. You can hear people above you, you share a water heater, water pressure is shared, etc. The location is great with easy access to both UT and Salt Lake County. We would definitely stay here again!
