This home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of newer homes, with easy access to all of Penticton’s many amenities and attractions. It is a three‑level half‑duplex with a private driveway and an attached single‑car garage. Two passenger-cars can be parked off‑street using the garage and driveway, and additional free street parking is available on Pickering Street directly across from the home. This area can accomodate larger vehicles, including trailers.
Entry from the garage leads to the first floor, which includes space for storage (including bicycles and riding gear), a laundry room, and a convenient half bathroom.
Stairs lead up to the bright, open‑concept main floor. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a large island with bar seating for four, and everything needed for comfortable meal preparation. The dining area seats six at a charming picnic‑style table, while the living room offers ample seating, a quirky coffee table, and a flat‑screen TV.
The third floor features three bedrooms. The spacious primary suite includes a king‑size bed and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower‑over‑tub and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen‑size bed and a full wall of closet and storage space. The third bedroom doubles as a workspace, offering a desk and a sectional sofa that converts into a bed suitable for one adult or up to two children. A second full bathroom with a shower‑over‑tub completes this level.
Large windows throughout the home provide plenty of natural light, and all bedrooms have blackout binds. The tree‑lined creek across the street is especially peaceful, offering a natural buffer from the bustle of the city beyond.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the garage. Please note that a few closets are locked for owner storage and supplies.
