The close proximity to town allows for a quick walk to the many coffee shops and bakeries in the morning, or after a day adventuring, a quick stroll to the breweries or restaurants downtown.

perfect for various year round adventures.
This space allows me to share all the things I love about the mountains with others. There are so many events, festivals, and races, all year, with so many opportunities to visit and soak up some mountain air.

I love the quiet street and easy accessibility to town. This is a quick 2 block walk to downtown and 5 blocks to the estatoe bike and walking path that leads all the way into Pisgah National Forest.

What makes this property unique

This house is so close to all things Brevard has to offer. A quick walk to downtown restaurants, breweries, bakeries, coffee shops and retail stores. If you have come to see some white squirrels you are in luck, we have quite a few resident white squirrels on the street and two withs nests on the property!
