This modern, well-equipped apartment on the 5th floor features a sunny southwest-facing balcony with a fantastic view of the Bay of Lübeck. The building offers guests a large indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, a solarium, and a common area with a washing machine and dryer. The apartments are accessible by lift.

Guests are generally required to bring their own towels and bed linens to this accommodation. However, it is possible to book bed linens and towels separately as an add-on. Cost: 50 euros per linen package per guest. If you wish to use this service, please note this in the comments section when booking, specifying how many linen packages you would like to reserve.

Guests can easily reach the “Kleine Möwe” apartment on the 5th floor via an lift. Upon opening the apartment door, you enter a small hallway with a coat rack and a shoe cabinet. Right next to the hallway are a door leading to a small storage room and a door to the bathroom/toilet, which features a fully glass-enclosed shower. In addition to a kettle and a hair dryer, the storage room also contains balcony chairs and a parasol.

Through a door with a porthole, guests enter the bright living room with a panoramic view of the beautiful Bay of Lübeck (the evening sunset is the perfect time to enjoy a drink on the balcony). On the right side of the living room is a box-spring double bed with an electrically adjustable headboard. Right next to it, guests will find a cosy dining area with a table and four chairs.

On the left side of the living room is a small, modern, well-equipped kitchen featuring, among other things, a dishwasher and a microwave. Facing the window wall, a cosy leather couch with a chaise longue invites you to relax and watch TV. On the opposite side, next to the flat-screen TV, is the door to another room with a bunk bed for two people, a closet, and a chest of drawers.

The living room and the adjacent room can be completely darkened using an electric blind.

The apartment underwent extensive renovations in the spring of 2025 and now features fresh new colours on the walls, floors, and kitchenette. In addition, the apartment has been furnished with new furniture. Among other things, all beds and mattresses have been replaced
