The apartment was clean and spacious and met our needs well. Care needs to be taken on the steep and narrow stairs within the apartment. Beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect to access the beach and restaurants.

Positiv: Lage, Ausstattung, Preis, freudliches Personal in der Vermittlung, insbesondere der Telefonservice, dass die Wohnung bezugsfertig ist, fand ich prima. Negativ: An einigen Stellen ist die genannte Ferienwohnung bereits stark verwohnt. Das gilt hauptsächlich für die Bäder, insbesondere die Armaturen und Duschkabinen. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Hervorragend, die Lage ist großartig mitten im Ort Laboe. Der Strand nur 100 m entfernt. Wir hatten 2 kleine Balkons zum relaxen. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber es funktionierte fast alles. Der eine oder andere Lichtschalter ging nicht. Aber insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön,Strand, Restaurants sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Nur leider keine Unterkunft für Gäste,die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, die Wohnung ist im 2. OG und kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist.

Also die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral. Die zwei Balkone sind schön.Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung von Ferienservice Laboe war auch sehr angenehm und gut.Mit Warmwasser gab es kein ProblemDie FeWo selbst ist sehr heruntergekommen und schon fast renovierungsbedürftig. Es wurde immer mal wieder was nachträglich gemacht aber sehr stückelhaft.Einige Beispiele:Balkontür geht kaum zuLampen gehen teils nichtSockelleisten fehlenDuschen versifft, Silikon mit Schimmelflecken, VerkalkungenWasserhähne gehen sehr schwerUntere Klospühlung läuft nach muss immer wieder manuel gestoppt werdenKüche von schlechter QualitätDas Interieur veraltetIn den Zwischenräumen hausen Mäuse. Die Geräusche hört man sehr häufig. In der Wohnung selbst sind keine Mäuse.Die Wohnung wurde schon lange nicht mehr gründlich geputzt.Staubsauger stinkt. Man sollte auch den Filter gelegentlich mal wechseln.Für etwas über 1000 Eur pro Woche darf man schon deutlich mehr erwarten.

Leider hat das Wlan nicht funktioniert. Neben der Tür standen dazu Informationen, in der Bestätigungsmail gab es Infos und bei der Schlüsselübergabe gab es auch einen Zettel dazu. Leider waren es lauter verschiedene Informationen und keine hat funktioniert. Es gab nur ein Wlan mit 17 im Namen, bei dem ich mich wohl irgendwie eingeloggt hatte aber trotzdem kein Internet vorhanden war. Das aber nur zur Info, da wir viel Unterwwegs waren war es nicht so ein Problem. Schon bei der Schlüselübergabe hatte ich angemerkt das in der Mail dazu mehrere Sachen doppelt drinstehen. Alles im Allem war es Super.

Aus meiner Sicht! Wenn man nicht mehr so ganz fit ist sollte man keine Etagen Wohnung nehmen!!!! Man könnte mal neues Info Material ( Fahrpläne, Öffnungszeiten ) und vielleicht das ein oder andere Brett und Kartenspiel anbieten!
