"Strandbude" Holiday Rental with Loggia in Laboe

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

This charming one-room holiday rental (2nd floor) is located right on the beach and offers a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. With approximately 30 m² of space, up to 2 people can relax and unwind from their daily routines.

The perfect location allows you to reach the beach in just a few steps and enjoy the fresh sea air. The cosy box-spring double bed (160x200 cm) is perfect for relaxing after a lovely day at the beach and getting a good night’s sleep. A large closet is available for your holiday wardrobe. The small kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from the loggia. Even in bad weather, you’ll have a front-row seat here to watch the ships passing by.

A parking space next to the house is reserved for you. There is storage space in the basement for any bicycles you bring with you. In addition, two bicycles are available for your use in the basement, subject to availability.

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not permitted.

The Förde Hiking Trail, which begins right outside the front door, winds along the picturesque coast and offers breathtaking views of the Kiel Fjord at every turn. Laboe is an ideal place to combine nature and relaxation.

Die Ausstattung ist doch recht spartanisch,(Toilettenpapier, Seife usw. Sind in der Regel standard - waren hier nicht vorhanden) der Einstieg zur Dusche, die schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist sehr eng. Die Flurbeleuchtung ist im gesamten Haus defekt ( nach Aussage von Bewohnern bereits seit 6 Monaten) Umfang des Wäschepaket ist nicht ausreichend / angemessen. Empfehlenswert wäre auch ein Bettlaken in der entsprechenden Größe und nicht 2 „zusammengesuchte“ . Der Rauchmelder lag auf der Kommode im Eingang und hat zwischenzeitlich gepiepst ( Batterie neigt sich dem Ende) Zusammenfassend überzeugt die Aussicht - die Ausstattung leider nicht !
