Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls), smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in common areas, and a washing machine. A cot is also available.
Enjoy your own private outdoor space with a heated pool, garden, open terrace, and barbecue. The pool is heated seasonally (October to May) depending on weather conditions and remains uncovered during summer months.
There are 4 shared parking spaces on the property, plus a free charging station for one electric car. Only one pet (max 15 kg) is allowed for an additional fee.
