The 61 m² Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, lalo09, in the Lütjeod apartment building on Langeoog—featuring a luxurious 30 m² balcony terrace—accommodates up to 4 people and is situated in a prime, central location in the island town. The location
The bright apartment faces southeast and is located on the ground floor of the building. The North Sea and the island’s kilometer-long, fine-sand beach are about 1,000 metres away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, bakeries, restaurants, and small fashion and souvenir shops, as well as a bike rental service. Attractions such as the water tower, the island church, and the Maritime Museum are waiting to be discovered.


Amenities This modern, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and 4-burner induction cooktop, as well as a cosy living-dining area. The living area features a 43-inch SMART TV and a Bluetooth speaker.

There are two separate bedrooms, or sleeping areas: an alcove with a box-spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), separated from the hallway by a curtain, and a separate bedroom with a double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a closet. You can only access the separate bedroom via the hallway, past the small alcove sleeping area.

The bathroom features a towel warmer, rain shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and vanity mirror. This cosy apartment also offers a beautiful, sunny balcony terrace facing southeast, complete with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and an umbrella.
